Winter Outings Workshop in Falmouth December 2

Please join experienced winter leaders Bill Brooke and Peter Broderick on Wednesday December 2 from 6-8:30PM at Maine Audubon in Falmouth for an introduction to clothing, gear, snow travel, and taking care of your self in the winter in outdoor settings. Learn to stay warm, dry and functional. This event is intended as an introduction course for experienced three-season hikers and a refresher for experienced winter adventurers. Although the focus of the workshop is on winter hiking, many of the topics will be an excellent “things-you-need-to-know-before-you-go” for anyone who will be spending time out-of-doors this winter.
