Sea Kayaking Advice from the Pros

Before you launch that sea kayak, have you assessed and prepared yourself for the trip? Here’s a recent article in the Bangor Daily News with some great advice for all sea kayakers, novice and experienced alike. Three members of the Maine Association of Sea Kayak Guides and Instructors (MASKGI) from three different kayak guide firms offer excellent advice and rules to paddle by to make sure everyone makes it back to the launch. Remember: “Just sitting in a kayak doesn’t make you a kayaker!”
