Did you recently have a new excellent experience in the outdoors? Are you a seasoned recreational professional who would like to share a few hard-earned lessons? Take a recent trip and the photographs to prove it? Have some outdoor adventures that you’re not sure anyone would believe? Here’s your chance to share them all with the AMC Maine Chapter.


The Meetings and Education Committee is looking for presenters for the Potluck and Presentation series. The requirements to be a presenter are basically a story to tell and the ability to tell it in some form. It’s not as hard as it sounds; some presenters let their pictures do the talking through a slide show while others just engage the group in a light conversation. The topics can be professional, personal, serious, not-so-serious, current affairs, or old business. Whatever way, potlucks and presentations are low-key, educational, and always fun.
